Returns & Exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product.
